Another Earth Catalog by Fabian Reimann

The Whole Earth Catalogue, first published in 1968, was intended as a referential pamphlet for both self and societal improvement. In a contemporary take, Fabian Reimann loosely maintains the the original catalogue’s Utopian visions with a retrospective lens, depicting the “Understanding of Whole Systems, Shelter and Land Use, Industry and Craft, Communications, Community, Nomadics and Learning” combined with images in his own personal archive. The result is a science fiction perspective of the human experience, connecting Cold-War era retro-futurism with contemporary progressions in technology, science, and culture.
