Exile Books at Locust Projects

September 13: Opening reception at Locust Projects, 7 - 10pm

On Saturday, September 13, EXILE will officially open for business!

At 7:00 pm Sarah Crowner, Sari Carel, and Amanda Keeley will host a panel discussion about their collaborative work for Sunday in the Park and explore how EXILE came to reside at Locust. Nina Johnson, editor of the Miami Rail, will moderate the talk. At the opening reception, our mobile bookstore will also host the Miami Rail’s fall issue release. While at Locust Projects, EXILE will feature titles that reflect Sunday in the Park’s youthful theme and provide a reference area comprised of facsimile copies of rare, out-of-print materials that inspired Crowner’s exhibition, as well as a selection of Crowner’s own artist’s books.
