Concrete Poetry Dinner at the Standard Hotel

Join us in celebration of the Sackner Archive, which is the world’s largest collection of concrete and visual poetry and is based here in Miami, FL. This performative dinner will commemorate the intersection of word and image, where language, typography, and poetry inspire each course and guides the evening's festivities. From typewriter pieces by Ruth Wolf-Rehfeldt to event scores by Alison Knowles and linear poems by Ian Hamilton Finlay, this unique event will delight all of the senses as we gather together to toast our city’s dynamic print culture.

The Standard Hotel is located at 40 Island Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Valet parking available or street parking is on Purdy Avenue.
